Customized innovated AWP with Perimeter Laser Safety Warning Zone

REESLIFT has just finished the batch production of customized aerial work platforms for one of our valued clients. Responding to real-world site safety requirements, this special batch is equipped with an all-new integrated perimeter laser warning light system, combining visible safety boundary projection and intelligent intrusion alarm function. It delivers proactive safety protection for ground personnel and expands our custom-engineering capability for vertical mast lifts.

In-plant maintenance, interior renovation, warehouse handling and venue construction bring complex working conditions. Materials and workers keep moving around the aerial work equipment. Ground crew may easily step into hazardous zones due to blocked sight, poor lighting or distraction. Collision and crushing risks frequently occur. Traditional safety measures rely on manual observation and physical warning signs, which are easy to be ignored or covered by site materials. Safety warning highly depends on human awareness and carries obvious limitations.

Different from simple aftermarket retrofits, our laser safety system is fully factory-integrated. Multiple red laser warning lights are mounted around the unit. When the machine is activated, bright red laser lines are projected onto the ground, drawing a complete visible no-entry perimeter. Personnel are strictly forbidden to stand or stay within this laser-marked zone. The red light frame remains highly visible under bright daylight, dim indoor workshops and night-shift working conditions.

Built-in intelligent detection modules keep monitoring the warning area during operation. Once people or objects intrude into the laser zone, the machine triggers combined audio-visual alarm immediately. It alerts both platform operator and ground staff to get away from danger. Instead of passive accident avoidance, this solution realizes pre-event risk intervention and reduces safety hazards caused by human negligence.
